Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Affiqly at https://affiqly.com. Affiqly helps you manage digital profiles, catalog items, and online links. The service is under active development. Access to certain capabilities depends on your subscription, plan limits, AI credits, and external service availability.

Provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and use the platform lawfully. Do not impersonate others, publish misleading offers, infringe intellectual property, expose private information without permission, or abuse APIs and AI tools. You are responsible for the content and external links you publish.

You retain rights to your content and authorize the processing and display needed to operate your account and public profile. Affiliate and marketplace links point to third-party services; their purchases, booking processes, and terms are not operated by Affiqly.

Free and paid plans are available. Paid subscriptions use Stripe-hosted checkout. The price, currency, billing interval, and applicable charges displayed at checkout govern the selected subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Plan limits and AI credit allowances apply.

Manage your subscription and payment details through Billing and the Stripe customer portal when available. The cancellation implementation schedules cancellation at the end of the current paid period. Access can change after cancellation or unsuccessful payment.

No lifetime pricing guarantee, refund guarantee, or unlimited usage guarantee is created by this page. For a billing problem or refund request, contact afiq@affiqly.com. Refund requests require review; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

AI output is a draft and can contain errors. Review its factual accuracy, rights, translations, and suitability before use. Affiqly does not guarantee revenue, traffic, conversion improvements, business outcomes, or acceptance into any startup program.

Availability of authentication, payments, AI, and third-party destinations also depends on their providers. Planned capabilities are not promises of delivery on a particular date.

Access may be restricted for abuse, security concerns, or breaches of these terms. You can request account closure and information deletion by email; automatic full-workspace deletion is not yet implemented. Cancellation of a subscription and deletion of an account are separate actions.

The service is provided subject to its current capabilities and availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. There is no contractual uptime commitment or guarantee that the service is error-free.
