Privacy Policy

How Mizat Enterprise handles information when you use Affiqly. Updated 15 October 2026.

1. Who operates Affiqly

Affiqly is operated by Mizat Enterprise, Malaysia. For privacy questions and requests, contact afiq@affiqly.com.

2. Information collected

Account information includes your email, name, username, avatar, and profile preferences. Authentication may use email and password or Google sign-in. The application stores locale preferences such as country, currency, language, and timezone, initially suggested from browser settings.

We store content you provide, including business bios, links, products, categories, images, appearance settings, and public catalog sections. Service records include subscription status, invoices, payment history, AI credit usage, API usage, and administrative logs where those features are used.

3. How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide accounts, display profiles and catalogs, manage subscriptions and limits, run requested AI tools, handle support, and maintain the service. Profile and product information you publish is visible on public username pages. Do not publish confidential or third-party personal information without permission.

Lovable Cloud supports the application’s hosting, authentication, database, storage, and associated service operations. Google handles Google sign-in when selected. Stripe processes subscriptions through hosted checkout and billing pages; Affiqly does not collect complete payment card details through its own forms.

4. AI processing

When you use AI tools, the inputs required for the task may be sent through Lovable AI Gateway and its model providers. The separate chat handler sends your message to 1inference. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information unless you are authorized and comfortable with that processing.

AI usage and credit records may be stored. Chat history is saved locally in your browser. Claude API is not currently integrated. External services may process information outside Malaysia under their own terms; provider-specific retention and training terms should be reviewed before sensitive use.

5. Cookies, local storage and analytics

The application uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, sidebar and appearance preferences, locale selections, pending plan or template choices, onboarding status, and local chat history. Installable-app caching may retain application files on your device.

API requests, AI usage, and account or catalog records support operational reporting. The general marketing analytics module contains integration hooks but no active analytics provider; comprehensive visitor, conversion, or revenue tracking is not currently implemented. We do not describe these records as anonymous where they are linked to an account.

6. Retention and your requests

Account and content information is retained as needed to operate the service. Billing, security, and usage records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. A fixed automatic retention or deletion schedule has not been established in the current implementation.

You can edit your profile and delete individual catalog items using the application. Automated full-workspace deletion and data export are not currently completed. Contact the primary email to request access, correction, export, or deletion; identity and applicable obligations will be reviewed. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved chat history and preferences from that browser.

7. Security and changes

The application uses authentication and account-level access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep passwords and API keys private, and report suspected security issues by email. This policy will be updated when the product or its data practices change.
