Data Processing Addendum
This template DPA supplements your Affiqly subscription for customers subject to GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar data protection laws.
1. Roles
The customer is the data controller; Affiqly is the data processor of personal data submitted to the platform.
2. Processing scope
Affiqly processes personal data only to provide the service, comply with law, and act on documented customer instructions.
3. Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors (hosting, database, email, payments) is available on request at hello@affiqly.com.
4. Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, audit logging, and regular backups.
5. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards as required.
6. Deletion
On termination, personal data is deleted or returned within a commercially reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
